Shane Haynes

Shane serves as the bi‑vocational Lead Pastor of Real Church Communities, bringing more than 22 years of ministry experience in a wide range of roles—including Youth Pastor, Worship Pastor, Senior Pastor, and even Janitor. His heart for service and willingness to lead wherever needed reflect his deep commitment to both the church and the people he serves.

In addition to his role at Real Church, Shane serves as the Spiritual Care Coordinator and Chaplain for the Tomah Health Hospital system, where he provides compassionate care, encouragement, and spiritual support to patients, families, and staff.

Shane and his wife, Nina, are the proud parents of four children. Their daughter Sydney is a first year Teacher in Richland Center. Their son Garrison is pursuing an Electric Lineman career. Daughter Ella is a Senior at Necedah High School, and their youngest, Annalise, is in sixth grade.

Outside of ministry and chaplaincy, Shane enjoys kayaking, fishing, and spending quality time with his family. His favorite Scripture is Psalm 121:1–2 (NIV):
