Ministries are born from a shared faith and a desire to serve others as God leads. Through willing hearts and obedient spirits, God works through people who offer their time, talents, and passions for His purpose. If you feel called to contribute to one of the ministries listed—or if you sense God leading you to start something new—your gifts are needed. “Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace”

Children's Church | Pre‑K–5th Grade
Our teachers use The Biggest Story curriculum to share faith in ways kids can understand, enjoy, and remember.
This is a fun, engaging part of church designed especially for children. After worship music, kids are invited to head to the back of the church for Kids Church, where they’ll connect with friends and learn about God in a safe, encouraging environment.

Jumps for JOY
Jumps for Joy is a heartfelt charity with a simple but powerful mission: to bring joy, movement, and hope to children around the world. By transforming donated clothing into jump ropes, we create playful opportunities for children in countries where toys are limited.
Each handmade rope represents creativity, sustainability, and the belief that every child deserves the chance to play.
Operation Christmas Child
Our ministry is proud to partner with Samaritan’s Purse through the Operation Christmas Child outreach. Together, we collect and help distribute shoeboxes filled with small toys, hygiene items, and school supplies to children around the world.
By packing shoeboxes, our church family joins a worldwide effort to serve children, open doors for discipleship, and reflect God’s compassion in meaningful and practical ways.
Worship Team
The Worship Team of The Real Church Communities is a passionate community of gifted musicians committed to leading the Body of Christ into meaningful, Christ‑centered worship. Through musical excellence, encouragement, and authentic example, the team helps guide the church into unity and a focused pursuit of Jesus Christ.
Rooted in prayer and strengthened through fellowship, the Worship Team seeks to cultivate an atmosphere where hearts are aligned with God and His name is glorified.
Outreach Partners
At Real Church Communities, we are passionate about serving both our neighbors and the world through meaningful partnerships with trusted volunteer organizations.
We support Feed My Starving Children by helping pack life‑saving meals for children in need, and we encourage outreach and fellowship through the Christian Motorcyclist Association. Our church also stands alongside Focus on the Family, promoting strong families and Christ‑centered resources, and we help meet practical needs through local high school food programs that support students facing food insecurity. In addition, we partner with Wisconsin Right to Life, supporting efforts that emphasize the value of life and compassionate community care.
Together, these partnerships allow our church family to serve with purpose, generosity, and faith in action.

Be.cause International
The Shoe That Grows.
Without shoes, children are especially vulnerable to diseases, parasites and injury. Children who get sick or injured miss school, can’t help their families, and suffer needlessly. And since children’s feet grow so quickly, they often outgrow donated shoes within a year, leaving them once again exposed. Real Church Communities adds shoes to Christmas child shoeboxes.
